Yes — and this is one of the most important differences between Levistay and booking through an OTA. When you book through a large platform and something goes wrong, you are dealing with a call centre that has never visited the property and has limited influence with the hotel. We will contact the hotel on your behalf, advocate for a resolution and stay involved until the issue is resolved. We are not able to guarantee outcomes — but having a knowledgeable advocate in your corner makes a significant difference in how quickly and how well issues get resolved.
