The architecture is a study in natural integration. Built directly around and into living native trees—including Mahua, Tendu, Peepal, Banyan, and Palas—the elevated wooden structures blend imperceptibly into the green canopy. Constructed using locally sourced timber, bamboo, and natural thatch, the design ensures a minimal environmental footprint while allowing resident wildlife to move freely across the forest floor below.
Accommodations comprise just five ultra-exclusive wooden treehouses, each named after the native tree species that anchors it. Each treehouse features split-level living, earth-toned interiors, air conditioning, modern en-suite bathrooms with hot-water rain showers, and wide private sundecks offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding forest, grasslands, and distant Bandhavgarh fort hill.
