Levistay is a luxury hotel curation platform operated from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. We personally curate and recommend extraordinary hotel stays across India and beyond, coordinating bookings on behalf of our guests via WhatsApp, phone and email.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Levistay is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

We do not collect payment card details. All payments are made directly to the hotel — never to Levistay.

We do not store payment card details at any point. All financial transactions occur directly between you and the hotel.

Hotel partners: When coordinating a booking on your behalf, we share the relevant guest details — name, contact information and special requirements — with the hotel property. We do not share your financial information.

Service providers: We use trusted third-party services including Google Analytics for website analytics and standard email and messaging platforms for communication. These providers process your information on our behalf and are contractually obligated to keep it secure.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
